Destination: Jersey City! Commemorate your train ride to the Jersey City Orion Anomaly with this enamel pin featuring one of the most iconic locomotives from the New Jersey Central railroad: the Baldwin DR-4-4-1500hp. This model, the 2001 (also known as a “Babyface”) was unique in that it was a “double-ender” and had a cab on both ends of the locomotive, so it never had to turn around.
All of the engines from this era were destroyed for scrap. Not a single one remains in a museum, so don’t miss this pin!
